Who is responsible for your data?

The website thegameflow.fr (the "site") is published on a personal, non-professional basis by its creator, who is the controller of your personal data.

What data do we collect?

If you simply browse the site, no data is requested from you. As with any website, the hosting provider's servers record technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the service running and secure.

If you sign in with Discord, we receive from Discord, with your authorization, your Discord ID, display name, email address and avatar. We never receive your Discord password.

If you use the "My team" space, we store what you enter: your team name, and the date, opponent, mode, map, side, scores and notes of your scrims.

Why do we use this data?

To manage your account and let you use the "My team" space (performance of the service you request).

To keep the site secure and working properly (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your scrims are private

The scrims you enter are only visible from your account: the database refuses access to any other user. The site publisher can technically access them as an administrator, only for maintenance or technical support, and does not look at them for any other purpose.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: the sign-in session cookie (created when you sign in) and a cookie that remembers your language. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.

If this ever changes, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Who processes your data?

Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.

Supabase: database and authentication.

Discord: sign-in with your Discord account, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses): see their privacy policies for details.

How long do we keep your data?

Your account data and scrims are kept as long as your account exists. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by email: we reply within one month. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting provider's policy.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise them, write to contact@thegameflow.fr. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Minimum age

The site is not intended for children under 15. Creating an account is reserved for people aged 15 or over.

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
